Sinopsis

Las empresas proveedoras de servicios intensivos en conocimiento, son consideradas un componente esencial en los sistemas o ecosistemas de innovación, debido a que, si trabajan activamente en el ecosistema, son fuente de transferencia de información, conocimiento y tecnología, constituyéndose en un factor que jalona la innovación empresarial. Las empresas de servicios de conocimiento participan en el desarrollo de actividades estratégicas de sus clientes, aportan conocimiento que sus clientes no poseen y que necesitan para lograr sus metas, así que las empresas proveedoras de servicios basados en conocimiento, contribuyen de manera directa e indirecta, con el crecimiento y desarrollo de las empresas y la economía.
